Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a Fixed Term Contract HR professional in the People & Culture team to deliver proactive HR support across the business. You will partner with stakeholders, advise on people management, and drive HR initiatives aligned with our sustainability and staff wellbeing objectives.

You will work closely with the People & Culture team to provide a seamless HR service, manage employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to organisational effectiveness during

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a senior HR Advisor or People Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of current UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, investigations).
• Confident in advising managers and leaders across the employee lifecycle.
• Willing to work occasional weekends/evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively partner with key stakeholders to build credible relationships and mitigate risk.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders on all employee lifecycle elements.
• First point of contact for employee advice and queries with timely guidance.
• Support induction and onboarding for new team members.
• Coach leaders on performance, conflict resolution and employee relations.
