Job summary

Aspire Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Manchester City Centre. The role is hybrid, full-time on a fixed-term contract for 18 months, with a salary around £60,000 per annum.

Leading a team of HR professionals, you will partner with senior stakeholders to shape people strategy, support transformational change and deliver an expert, commercially-focused HR service across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience at multi-site organisations.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with workforce planning and transformation programmes.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors to deliver a proactive HR service.
• Partner with senior leaders to align people plans with business objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, organisational design and talent management initiatives.
• Drive organisational change, restructures and transformation programmes.
• Use data and metrics to influence decision-making and improve performance.
