Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that align with business objectives in a professional services context.

You will lead HR initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change across the organisation while promoting an inclusive and high-performing culture. This role offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience within large, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, or partner-led environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing HR teams and guiding managers.
• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance to support performance and decision-making.
• Develop people plans aligned to business priorities and organisational objectives.
• Partner with specialist HR teams to design initiatives to improve employee experience and outcomes.
• Lead organisational change and transformation programmes with stakeholder engagement and delivery.
