Job summary
Warner Leisure Hotels is seeking an HR Business Partner to support eight hotels across the Midlands and the North, reporting to the HR Director. The role is hybrid with frequent travel to hotels and the central Hub in Hemel Hempstead.
You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into local plans, strengthen leadership capability, drive change and ensure people decisions align with business objectives and our GLOW values.
Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-site, operational, matrix or fast-paced environment with senior leaders/managers.
- Significant experience in organisation change, employee relations, performance management and talent activity.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience using people data and insight to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Evidence of handling sensitive matters with sound judgement, resilience and confidentiality.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience leading significant transformation, restructuring or cultural change or coaching/ mediation qualification.
