Warner Hotels is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support eight hotels with attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent. The role collaborates with hotel hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill vacancies efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Based at Hemel Hempstead offices, 3 days a week, you will manage candidate experience from attraction to offer, while driving improvements in the recruitment process and candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Ideally currently in a recruitment role with experience using a variety of tools.
• Experience recruiting for a range of roles from Kitchen Porters to Head of Departments.
• Experience with ElementsSuite ATS would be a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hotel hiring managers to understand needs and support effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate experience from attraction through to offer and onboarding.
• Track recruitment activity and maintain relationships with hiring managers across eight hotels.
