Job summary

Warner Hotels are looking for an HR Business Partner to support 8 of our hotels, based in and around Midlands and the North. Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner works with leaders and managers across our hotels to translate business and people priorities into effective localised plans.

Qualifications

Experience in a multi-site, operational, matrix or fast-paced environment with senior leaders.
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
Experience using people data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Evidence of managing sensitive matters with sound judgement, resilience and confidentiality.
CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
