Job summary
Warner Hotels is seeking an HR Business Partner to support eight hotels across the Midlands and the North. Reporting to the HR Director, you will translate business and people priorities into effective localised plans and provide strategic and practical HR advice.
This is a hybrid role with regular visits to your hotels and our central Hub in Hemel Hempstead, so a significant amount of travel is required. You will partner with senior leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, change
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a multi-site, operational, matrix or fast-paced environment working with senior leaders and managers.
- Demonstrable experience of organisation change, employee relations, performance management and talent activity.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience using people data and insight to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Evidence of managing sensitive matters with sound judgement, resilience and confidentiality.
