Job summary

Actemium, part of VINCI Energies, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Manager to support our UK business. You will partner with leaders across units to deliver people strategies, employee relations and lifecycle support.

You will coach managers, manage change and workforce planning, and drive HR analytics to improve organisational effectiveness. Applicants must have CIPD Level 5+ and strong stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience operating at Senior HR Advisor, Senior HR Generalist, or equivalent level.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement programmes.
• Commercially aware with ability to translate priorities into people solutions.
• Coaching managers and communicating with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask.
• Professional, discreet, with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience using HR information systems and interpreting HR data.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
• Develop and deliver HR plans aligned with business objectives and wider people strategy.
• Guide on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability processes.
• Coach managers to build confidence and consistency in people management.
• Support organisational change, restructuring, consultation and transformation activity.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, talent management and workforce planning.
• Support development and implementation of performance, reward and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR data and metrics, identify trends and recommend actions.
• Ensure HR policies comply with UK employment legislation and company standards.
• Collaborate with payroll, recruitment, L&D and central support functions.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement across the group.
