Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced HR Employee Partner to support the South of England, primarily Plymouth. The role involves travel to other sites in the UK around 30–40% of the time and requires partnering with employees, managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR service.

You’ll shape HR transformation with a trusted presence, coaching leaders, guiding change, and embedding new ways of working as the HR model evolves.

• Plan and deliver projects with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Identify and resolve performance issues and organisational improvements.

• Understand employment laws, policies and regulatory changes.
• Align people initiatives with business priorities.
