Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor in Bristol with a hybrid work pattern. This full-time role involves collaborating with line managers, people partners, trade unions and representatives to support and execute business changes, providing ER guidance and ensuring planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise on activities requiring collective engagement and liaise with legal representatives to minimise risk.
• Support statutory consultation and ensure legal compliance.
• Work with Bristol site people teams to understand requirements and support client group.
