You will partner with customer groups to deliver end-to-end HR services, workforce planning, employee relations, and coaching, leveraging CIPD practices where applicable and collaborating with Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Related HR experience.
• Other CIPD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group.
• Supports the execution of a strategic workforce plan in their respective area of the business.
• Owns the annual performance cycle execution for assigned customer areas.
• Responds to employee relations matters in given customer areas.
• Coaches management on how to address employee development.
