Job summary

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an organisation in its search for an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a varied generalist position offering the opportunity to support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to wider people initiatives and business objectives.

Day to day you will provide guidance on employee relations, support recruitment, manage onboarding and offboarding, and drive HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist/HRBP or advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Balance operational support with HR projects and initiatives.
• Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR, payroll or time systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters including absence, performance, grievance and wellbeing.
• Support recruitment and selection activity from advertising to offers.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop HR initiatives that support engagement, learning and development.
• Support performance management, career development and succession activity.
• Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with contractual and employee relations discussions in line with UK law.
• Maintain accurate employee records and GDPR compliance.
• Prepare, check and report payroll and time and attendance information.
