ICTS (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team at ICTS HQ. You will partner with Aviation operations across England and Scotland to translate the People strategy into practical action and drive positive change at every level.

Day-to-day, you’ll advise senior leaders on employee relations, lead complex ER cases (restructures, TUPE), line manage two HR Advisors, and drive local engagement and DEIB initiatives while collaborating with trade unions and key

Qualifications

• Proven HRBP experience in high-volume ER environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience working with trade unions.
• Line management experience.
• Analytical skills using Excel.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted HRBP to aviation leaders, advising on employee relations.
• Lead complex ER casework including restructures and TUPE.
• Line manage two HR Advisors and develop the team.
• Drive local engagement and DEIB initiatives.
• Partner with trade unions and stakeholders to maintain relations.
