Job summary

Tosca is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the UK & Ireland to lead the people agenda and contribute to the UKI leadership team. The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR delivery, supporting leaders to build capability, develop talent, and foster a high-performing workplace.

Based in Dudley with hybrid working and regular on-site presence, the role will partner across the UKI region, supported by Payroll and Talent teams, and involves occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in partner/senior generalist roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
• Solid knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law.
• Experience in international or matrixed environments is a plus.

• Partner with Leadership Team to align people priorities with business goals.
• Lead talent, performance, and succession planning.
• Ensure excellent employee experience across the lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on complex ER matters and legislation.
