Food Alert Ltd, a leading UK food safety and health & safety consultancy, is seeking a Commercial HR Generalist for our hybrid London team. You will lead employee relations, support the full colleague life cycle, and partner with managers to deliver the People Plan and growth.

Onboarding new starters, handling ER issues, managing performance, training and development, and driving colleague engagement will be core.

Qualifications

• Commercial HR generalist with experience in employee relations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage the full employee lifecycle and partner with managers.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new starters and ensuring cultural alignment.
• Provide HR support for performance management, training and development, ER issues including grievances and disciplinaries.
• Drive colleague engagement and change, liaise with payroll, support learning & development, ensure scalable processes.
