Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with broad ER, OD, talent and learning experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proven trade union consultation and negotiation experience.
• Experience with HR systems and people data.
• CIPD or equivalent professional HR qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the people strategy aligned to objectives.
• Provide senior guidance on ER, OD, workforce planning and development.
• Lead HR operations and training functions.
• Manage relationships with trade unions and lead consultation on collective matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.
