Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HR management or senior HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS codes.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Forecast workforce planning to support objectives.
• Advice line managers on performance, disciplinary and grievances.
• Develop HR policies to ensure GDPR compliance and legal standards.
• Partner with senior leadership on people strategy and HR transformation.
