Job summary

DWF is seeking an ER & Change Manager in Manchester to own and lead the Employee Relations function, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful transformation programmes. You will head a team of six ER professionals, coordinating with HR and business leaders in a hybrid setup with two office days per week.

• Significant experience leading Employee Relations functions.
• Strong employment law expertise with complex ER matters.
• Proven experience delivering organisational change programmes including restructures and TUPE.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six Employee Relations professionals and provide expert ER guidance.
• Act as escalation point for the most challenging ER cases.
• Drive business-wide change initiatives and TUPE programmes in partnership with HR and leaders.
• Ensure commercially focused, legally compliant and colleague-centred ER activity across the organisation.
