Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders, staff, and the HR team across a broad range of HR topics. You will serve as the subject matter expert on employee and labor relations and performance management, interpreting collective bargaining agreements and guiding grievance processes.

You will also assist with onboarding and development within a service excellence program, coaching leaders as needed to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Supports organization leaders, employees, and HR team across HR topics.
• Acts as SME for employee and labor relations and performance management.
• Interprets collective bargaining agreements and administers grievance procedures.
• Coaches leaders on corrective action and ensures consistency across the organization.
• Supports onboarding and development within a service excellence program.
