Job summary

Jackson Hogg Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with leaders across the UK & Ireland, providing commercially focused HR support and challenge. You will lead a broad range of Employee Relations cases and coach managers to build confidence in people management, while driving workforce planning, recruitment and change initiatives that improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers across the UK & Ireland, providing HR support and challenge.
• Lead and manage a broad range of Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability.
• Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in people management.
• Drive workforce planning and recruitment activity, identifying and addressing resourcing risks.
• Lead organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations, TUPE transfers and business integrations.
• Analyse people data and HR metrics to identify trends, inform decisions and improve business performance.
• Design and deliver leadership and management training on HR best practice, employment law and people management.
• Build strong relationships with Trade Unions and Employee Representative Groups to support positive employee relations.
• Lead and deliver HR projects and business-wide people initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
• Support talent, succession, engagement and performance programmes that enhance organisational capability and employee experience.
