Job summary

eNL Legal in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a growing HR team. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to shape the firm’s people strategy and support long-term business objectives.

In this role you will lead workforce planning and succession initiatives, develop talent, and use people data to influence decision-making. You will manage complex employee relations, advise on UK employment law, drive organisational change, and coach

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders (Partners/Directors) in complex organisations.
• Expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• CIPD Level 7 or Chartered Membership, or equivalent senior HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership and develop aligned people plans.
• Lead workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Support talent development and use people data to influence decisions.
• Handle complex employee relations and advise on UK employment law.
• Coach senior leaders and deputise for Head of HR when needed.
• Contribute to wider HR projects and organisational change.
