Job summary

The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking an HR Business Partner to influence and support leaders across its multi‑academy system. You will shape people, culture and performance through strategic HR leadership and expert advisory support.

You’ll partner with Principals and senior teams to drive workforce development, performance management and change initiatives, using data to inform decisions and strengthen practice. A driving licence is required for travel across the trust.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience as a HR Business Partner/HR Manager/HR Advisor.
• Confident in managing complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to drive improvement and provide insights.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
