Job summary

Online-Education-Services (OES) is seeking a true generalist HR Business Partner to advise leaders across the UK on organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, performance, and engagement. This role combines strategic partnering with hands-on people support in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will coach stakeholders, lead annual people cycles, manage employee relations, and collaborate with global People & Culture teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Experience supporting leaders with performance, talent and organisational people matters.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial judgement.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working across geographically dispersed teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering great people outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the UK, providing practical and commercially focused people advice.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment and talent initiatives.
• Lead the delivery of annual people cycles including performance, talent, reward and engagement programs.
• Manage employee relations, conduct and case management matters with consistency and fairness.
• Support health, safety and workplace compliance activities within the UK office.
• Coach leaders and employees on HR processes, policies and self-service tools.
• Identify, manage and escalate people risks and compliance issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with global People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
