Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across a multi-site education organisation in Leeds. The role focuses on employee relations, organisational change, talent management and workforce planning, delivering strategic and operational HR support.

The successful candidate will influence leaders, manage complex casework, and drive people solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee relations, including disciplinary/grievance cases.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience leading organisational change and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers on people matters.
• Work with HR team to deliver effective HR processes across sites.
• Guide managers through employee relations matters, ensuring fair handling of cases.
• Support workforce planning by identifying people needs and actions.
• Help managers apply HR policies and procedures consistently.
• Prepare HR documentation and maintain records for sound decision making.
• Collaborate to resolve HR queries and improve day-to-day experience.
• Contribute to people-focused projects aligned with organisational aims.
