Job summary

Comex 2000 is seeking an ambitious HR Advisor/Generalist to drive a positive employee experience across the business in the UK. You will provide trusted HR advice, coach managers, and ensure people practices align with objectives while maintaining compliance.

Working with cross‑functional teams, you will analyse HR data, maintain accurate HRIS records, support rewards cycles, surveys and talent reviews, and help build a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Advisor/Generalist experience and ability to confidently coach and support managers.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practice and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Skilled at building stakeholder relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficient with HR systems (HRIS, payroll) and capable of analysing HR data and trends.
• Associate CIPD member.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for HR queries.
• Support employee relations matters and help resolve issues promptly.
• Guide managers on performance, absence, and development.
• Coach managers on people practices and HR policies.
• Analyse HR data and produce clear reports and insights.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records.
• Handle core HR admin and documentation.
• Support HR initiatives like reward cycles, surveys and talent reviews.
• Contribute to engagement activities and culture-building.
• Work with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
