Comex 2000 is seeking an HR Advisor/Generalist to drive a positive employee experience across the UK. You will coach managers, handle employee relations, and ensure people practices align with business objectives.

Bring CIPD Associate membership and strong knowledge of employment law, with ability to analyse HR data and implement improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Advisor/Generalist experience, coaching and supporting managers.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practice, and compliance.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to contact for HR queries.
• Support employee relations matters and help resolve issues promptly.
• Guide managers on performance, absence, and development.
• Coach managers on people practices and HR policies.
• Analyse HR data and produce clear reports and insights.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records.
• Handle core HR admin and documentation.
• Support HR initiatives like reward cycles, surveys, and talent reviews.
• Contribute to engagement activities and culture-building.
• Work with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
