The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking an HR Advisor to join the People Team within Learning Academy Partnership (South West), a school trust. The role focuses on expert HR advice, employee relations casework, attendance and wellbeing support, and using workforce data to inform leaders.

The ideal start is January 2027, with dates to be discussed. Key duties include advising leaders, leading ER casework, promoting wellbeing, and contributing to trust-wide projects and service improvement

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with broad HR remit.
• Experience in employee relations casework and guidance.
• Ability to analyse workforce data to inform decisions.
