Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join an established team delivering a wide range of HR services to diverse businesses across sectors.

You will manage employee relations, administer HR documents, support sickness absence and investigations, and travel locally to client sites as needed. This is an office-based role with opportunity to travel for client support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in providing HR advice.
• Experience of managing ER issues and advising, coaching and influencing managers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Experience implementing strong systems and administration processes.
• Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for queries in the office (HR or general).
• Managing an active and changing employee relations caseload.
• Administer HR documents, policies, recruitment admin, contracts and letters.
• Provide support and advice on sickness absence and first stage meetings.
• Conduct investigations into grievances, disciplinary or capability cases and produce reports.
