Job summary

Kingdom is seeking a Colleague Centre Advisor to join our People Team at our Head Office in Newton-le-Willows. You will provide expert HR and Employee Relations support, ensuring policies are applied consistently and in line with employment law.

The role covers disciplinary, grievance, sickness management and change activities across the business. You will work with managers to maintain accurate case records, support restructures and business initiatives, and promote best practice while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within a HR, People or Office Management role.
• Working knowledge of current employment legislation.
• Experience managing employee relations cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on company policies and procedures to all levels of the business.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance and third-party removal processes from start to finish.
• Take ownership of long-term sickness and absence management cases.
• Support managers with employee relations matters, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
• Promote a positive Employee Relations culture across the business.
