Job summary

Ubico Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team across Wiltshire sites, including Salisbury, Trowbridge and Calne. You will provide expert employee relations guidance to managers and colleagues, and support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.

Trading across multiple sites, this role offers flexible base location with regular travel to sites across Wiltshire, and a focus on fair employment practices, policy application, and positive workforce

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of employee relations practices.
• Ability to coach managers on people-related issues and apply employment law.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
