Kingdom is seeking an experienced Colleague Centre Advisor for our Head Office in Newton-le-Willows. The role focuses on Employee Relations and colleagues support, ensuring policies are applied fairly and in line with employment law.

You will handle disciplinary, grievance, and sickness cases while supporting change initiatives. You will partner with managers to provide professional guidance and maintain compliance, contributing to a positive colleague experience throughout the employment

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance on company policies and procedures to all levels of the business.
  • Manage disciplinary, grievance and third-party removal processes from start to finish.
  • Take ownership of long-term sickness and absence management cases.
  • Support managers with employee relations matters, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
  • Promote a positive Employee Relations culture across the business.
  • Coach and support stakeholders in delivering best practice approaches to people management.
  • Work with key stakeholders and departments to support organisational change initiatives.
  • Assist with restructures, redundancies and business change programmes.
  • Ensure all change activities are managed in line with legislation and company procedures.
  • Manage employee relations casework and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to general colleague and management queries.
  • Complete ad-hoc administration requests and reporting requirements.
  • Support the Head of Colleague Centre with projects and business initiatives.
  • Actively promote equality, diversity and inclusion in all areas of work.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Take responsibility for personal and professional development.
  • Support wider business objectives and undertake any reasonable duties relevant to the role.

Colleague Centre Advisor

Location: Kingdom Headquarters, Newton-le-Willows
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm or to meet the demands of the business
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £29,000 Per Year

About the Role

Kingdom is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Colleague Centre Advisor to join our Colleague Centre at our Head Office in Newton-le-Willows.

The Colleague Centre Advisor is responsible for providing expert Employee Relations and colleague support across the business, ensuring company policies and procedures are applied consistently, fairly and in line with current employment legislation. The role manages a broad range of colleague matters from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and long-term sickness cases, while supporting organisational change initiatives such as restructures and redundancies.

Working as part of the Colleague Centre, you will partner with managers and stakeholders across the business to provide professional guidance and support on employee relations matters. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, promoting best practice and helping to create a positive colleague experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
