Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations or HR advisory roles.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and policies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employee relations guidance to managers.
• Manage and support a range of employee relations cases from start to conclusion.
• Prepare case documentation, correspondence and reports as required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
