The Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking a Housing Development Partnership Manager to lead the delivery of a major development programme with Lovell Partnerships. You will oversee a portfolio from inception to completion, providing strategic direction, commercial oversight and programme management to deliver high‑quality homes that meet community needs.

You will work in a hybrid model with site and home-based work, reporting to the Operational Manager – Housing Development.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of the council's housing development partnership programme with Lovell Partnerships.
• Manage key relationships with Lovell team, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic direction, commercial oversight and programme management across developments.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
