Job summary

Peace Recruitment Group Ltd is working with a large housing association based west of Glasgow to recruit an experienced development professional at the early stages of a new build programme.

The role offers flexibility to appoint at Officer, Manager or Consultant level, with hybrid working, and the option for full-time or part-time hours. There is scope to contribute to the asset management team alongside development work and a long-term contract for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing development role.
• Direct experience with Scottish Government grants.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and delivery of the association's new build programme.
• Managing development projects in line with budgets, timescales and quality standards.
• Coordinating Scottish Government grant funding applications, claims and reporting.
• Working closely with colleagues, consultants, contractors and external partners.
• Contributing to asset management projects where your experience can add value.
