Job summary
Dandara Living is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to develop and lead strategic relationships with Registered Providers, Housing Associations and social landlords to deliver affordable housing and mixed-tenure developments. The role sits at the crossroads of land, development, and investment, requiring deal structuring from concept to delivery.
You’ll manage partnerships across the Southern and Western regions, leveraging a network of sector relationships and engaging in joint
Qualifications
- Significant experience working with Registered Providers or Housing Associations within housebuilding, residential development or affordable housing.
- Strong understanding of affordable housing delivery, Section 106, and funding structures.
- Experience negotiating bulk sales, forward funding arrangements and/or joint ventures.
- Ability to prepare and understand development appraisals and appraise schemes.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic partnerships with RP/Housing Associations and social landlords.
- Shape joint ventures and longer-term strategic agreements.
- Lead negotiations on funding, scope and commercial terms.
- Work with internal teams to align design, tenure mix and delivery programmes.
- Monitor partnerships through regular reviews and performance tracking.
