Job summary

Merthyr Housing, a community-focused Housing Association, is recruiting a Development professional to support the delivery of our development programme from concept to completion, including property acquisition and disposal, and the maintenance of all records related to these projects.

The role emphasises teamwork, strong project management, and stakeholder engagement to benefit tenants; a valid driving licence and DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or construction development.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and health and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development Manager with the full development programme from concept to completion.
• Support acquisition/disposal of property and maintain project records.
