Job summary

Harewood House Trust is seeking a proactive Project Officer to support the Deputy CEO and the Reimagining Harewood programme from development through delivery. You will coordinate meetings, monitor budgets and risks, and help manage reporting to Trustees and funders.

The role involves collaboration with fundraising, programming and commercial teams, plus external consultants across architecture, landscape design, planning, ecology and heritage, delivering smaller projects and engaging

Qualifications

• You will have a project management qualification and/or relevant project management experience.
• You will be an excellent communicator and able to build collaborative relationships.
• You will be highly organised with strong planning and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and coordination support to keep the programme on track.
• Work with fundraising, programming, and external specialists across architecture, landscape design and heritage.
• Coordinate meetings, monitor budgets and risks, and support reports for Trustees.
• Organise community engagement activity and assist in delivering smaller projects.
