Since 2009, we've partnered with our clients to develop impactful evidence across the product lifecycle to optimize market access for novel healthcare innovations and satisfy regulatory, provider, and payer evidence requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in health economics outcomes research and/or epidemiology, economic modelling and HTA experience
• Advanced understanding of HEOR strategy and value dossier development for payer/HTA decisions
• Master's or PhD in health economics, mathematics or related discipline
• Strong publication record across project types
• Client-facing with excellent project management and ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Leadership in matrix environments and ability to collaborate across multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence solutions for value and access strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Foster client relationships and provide strategic support, methodological design, and submissions
• Develop standards, facilitate training, and advise Genesis project teams on HEOR strategy
• Prepare deliverables and mentor junior team members in HEOR content
• Lead or participate in internal and external meetings
• Ensure high quality work delivered on time and budget
• Contribute to publications or posters for conferences
