Job summary

Genesis Research Group, a leading HEOR and RWE consultancy, seeks an Associate Director to deliver strategic HEOR guidance across planning initiatives and client engagements. The role focuses on evidence generation, methodological design, and stakeholder collaboration to support payer decisions and market access strategies.

You will lead or contribute to publications and conference posters, mentor junior staff, and coordinate multi-project activities while maintaining high-quality outputs within

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HEOR strategy, value dossiers, and HTA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation and scientific leadership across HEOR evidence generation and planning initiatives.
• Develop HEOR strategy materials, post-submission support, and scientific advice submissions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to publications and conference materials.
• Lead internal and external team meetings and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
