Qualifications

• 7+ years in health economic outcomes research and/or epidemiology with pharmaceutical consulting
• Advanced understanding of HEOR strategy and HTA requirements to support payer decisions
• Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline (health economics, economics, or math)
• Proven research skills across project types with publications
• Strong client-facing and project management skills with ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Develop HEOR evidence solutions to support value and access strategies for pharmaceutical products
• Foster client relationships and provide strategic HEOR input
• Develop standards and processes; train teams and provide resources to project teams
• Prepare deliverables and mentor junior team members; contribute to publications/posters
• Lead internal and external meetings and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets
