You’ll lead cross-functional teams and partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs and R&D.

The role requires an advanced degree and 8–12 years of HEOR/REAL‑WORLD EVIDENCE experience, with a proven track record in economic modelling, payer engagement and HTA submissions

Qualifications

  • Advanced university degree at Master’s level or above in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health or related discipline.
  • Approximately 8 to 12 years of relevant HEOR and Real-World Evidence experience.
  • Proven track record in developing and publishing economic models and real-world evidence for market access.
  • Experience leading early payer engagement and HTA submissions with meaningful value recognition.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated HEOR strategies including real-world evidence and economic modelling.
  • Embed payer-relevant endpoints and PROs into development programmes with cross-functional partners.
  • Co-lead evidence-generation projects and disseminate results via publications and conferences.
  • Lead early payer engagement and HTA submissions to support reimbursement.
  • Develop economic models and value materials for launch and negotiations.
  • Align country requirements with global strategies to enable market access.
