Job summary

Genesis Research Group is seeking an Associate Director, HEOR Strategy & Partnerships to provide strategic consultation and scientific leadership across HEOR evidence generation and planning initiatives. The role partners with clients and internal experts to design insightful HEOR solutions and supports value and access strategies within pharmaceutical programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in health economic outcomes research and/or epidemiology, economic modelling and HTA in pharma consulting.
• Strong understanding of HEOR strategy and value dossier development.
• Experience communicating complex scientific ideas clearly to clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation and scientific leadership across HEOR evidence generation and planning initiatives.
• Lead client relationships, methodological design, and development of HEOR strategy materials.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to publications and conference materials.
• Prepare deliverables and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
