Job summary

UCB seeks an HEOR Strategy Lead to shape global health economics and outcomes research strategies, aligning with HTA and payer evidence requirements across the product lifecycle. You will influence development programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust evidence supports reimbursement and patient access.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements and requires 8+ years in pharma HEOR, with leadership and strong modelling expertise to guide asset value and pricing

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Health Economics, Market Access, Outcomes Research, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine global HEOR and payer evidence strategies.
• Design and deliver HEOR evidence generation activities (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, literature reviews, indirect comparisons).
• Support asset value assessments and pricing/value strategies.
• Contribute to global value dossiers and payer-focused communications.
• Influence development programs to meet HTA and payer requirements across markets.
