A leading healthcare consultancy is seeking a Chief People Officer to enhance client relationships and drive strategic consultation in RWE and HEOR. Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic consultations with clients.
• Manage existing client relationships for project direction.
• Mentor and supervise Client Strategy Senior Directors.
• Build and grow new client relationships according to agreed upon targets.
• Maintain a level of client satisfaction and collaboration that leads to further business.
• Understand client needs and objectives to strategically drive Genesis Research offerings with the aim of attaining an assigned revenue target.
• Participate in the new business development process by partnering with the Commercial team and contribute to proposal development by conceptualizing the strategic scope of projects.
• Mentor and supervise Client Strategy Senior Directors and Directors.
• Lead client capabilities presentations and meetings.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry and scientific trends; understand and articulate a broad range of potential business applications to achieve client’s goals.
• Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold the Genesis Research culture.

The professional in this role must possess and demonstrate a passion for cultivating existing and new client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance current HE&OR and RWE business through strategic consultation in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.

Accountabilities within this role:

• Facilitate effective strategic consultations with clients and prospective clients.
• Be a strategic partner, advising on evidence generation strategy, study design and data source selection.
• Take responsibility for managing existing client relationships & routine engagements through strategic consultation on high-level direction of project, message generation & dissemination of project plans.
• Build and grow new client relationships according to agreed upon targets.
• Maintain a level of client satisfaction and collaboration that leads to further business.
• Understand client needs and objectives to strategically drive Genesis Research offerings with the aim of attaining an assigned revenue target.

• Global and US RWE & HE&OR experience preferred.
• Outstanding healthcare/life sciences industry knowledge.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
