Inizio Engage is seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Leader to lead the scheduling function within the Baxter Homecare Programme. You will oversee a national clinical workforce, ensuring patient visits are scheduled safely and efficiently while developing Schedulers and Senior Schedulers.

You’ll partner with clinical and operational colleagues to maintain service quality, drive capacity planning, monitor KPIs, and deliver continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading scheduling/workforce teams and delivering KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and manage a high-performing team.
• Experience using scheduling systems and workforce planning tools.
• Understanding of capacity planning and service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office; DBS check readiness.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Schedulers and Senior Schedulers.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development conversations.
• Support talent development and succession planning across the team.
• Manage performance and escalate when required with People Team.
• Oversee safe, efficient scheduling of patient visits across Baxter Homecare Programme.
• Ensure visits are allocated to trained clinicians and optimise utilization.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and service delivery performance.
• Develop contingency plans to maintain continuity of care.
• Identify improvements to scheduling processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Clinical Business Managers and Operations Leads.
• Provide scheduling insights and performance reporting for decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs and governance.
