Job summary

Encompass Digital Media in Chiswick is seeking an Operations & Engineering Scheduler for maternity cover. The role involves maintaining shift rosters and managing schedules for staff within a busy 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and be adept at managing multiple tasks under pressure.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of freelance staff PO’s and maintaining accurate records of leave and sickness. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave (pro-rata), matched pension contributions, medical benefits, and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling or project management experience is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shift rosters for all Playout, OU and Engineering staff.
• Responsible for creating, modifying, and distributing shift schedules.
• Primary contact for all leave requests.
