Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruitment, account management, business development, customer service, partnerships, or relationship management would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients across the health and social care sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with care providers, senior leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Promote Delphi Care Solutions' services and consultancy offering.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Arrange meetings and introductory discussions with prospective clients.
• Support marketing campaigns, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
• Manage and update CRM systems and business development activity.
• Work collaboratively with recruitment consultants to convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and sector functions.
• Develop a strong understanding of market trends and client challenges.
