Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking a proactive Partnerships Executive to develop new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote Delphi's consultancy in the health and social care sector from our Nottingham base.

The role balances relationship-building with strategic outreach, offers a basic salary of £27,000-£33,000 plus uncapped commission and a realistic first-year OTE of £45,000-£60,000+, and includes full training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, account management, business development, customer service, partnerships or relationship management would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients across the health and social care sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with care providers, senior leaders and key decision-makers.
• Promote Delphi Care Solutions' consultancy offering.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Arrange meetings and introductory discussions with prospective clients.
• Support marketing campaigns, networking activities and business development initiatives.
• Manage and update CRM systems and track business development activity.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Attend networking events, conferences and sector functions.
• Develop a strong understanding of market trends and client challenges.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Delphi Care Solutions.
