The Role

As a Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients across the health and social care sector.

Working closely with the recruitment and leadership teams, you will identify opportunities, open doors with new organisations, and support the delivery of long-term partnership strategies that drive business growth.

This is a consultative role focused on establishing meaningful business relationships rather than high-pressure sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging potential clients across the health and social care sector.

• Managing and updating CRM systems and business development activity.
• Working collaboratively with recruitment consultants to convert opportunities into successful partnerships.
• Attending networking events, conferences, and sector-specific functions.
• Developing a strong understanding of market trends and client challenges.
• Acting as a brand ambassador for Delphi Care Solutions at all times.

Compliance Requirements

Due to the nature of the sectors we support, the successful candidate will be required to undergo and successfully pass an enhanced DBS check before commencing employment.
