Job summary

VOIS is seeking a Business Operations Manager within the GTM & Commercial team in London. You will manage internal and external governance, oversee reporting and communications, and coordinate actions across CALs, service towers and enabling functions to translate senior leader asks into clear, actionable plans.

The role requires experience working in multinational teams, strong strategic communication skills, and the ability to drive priority alignment with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in virtual and multinational teams.
• Ability to articulate strategic issues at Board/Director level.
• Proactive in handling ad-hoc requirements with minimal guidance.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage and monitor GTM & Commercial reporting to key stakeholders and execs.
• Communicate updates and learnings across GTM & Commercial to teams and customers.
• Govern governance of Leadership meetings and operational reviews, coordinating actions.
• Support budget processes for GTM & Commercial with Finance.
• Document and follow up on meeting actions and decisions.
• Identify and drive ad-hoc projects to improve cross-team performance.
• Translate senior leader asks into clear actions with owners and progress updates.
• Prepare briefing materials for the Chief Commercial Officer for executive meetings.
• Represent GTM & Commercial in cross-functional meetings and capture decisions.
• Drive senior stakeholder alignment and escalate critical decisions promptly.
